Spicy Grilled Corn on the Cob |

This is from Cuisine Magazine. Tried it last night and it was superb. Ingredients:
6 ears corn, shucked |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
2 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo, minced |
salt |
sliced scallion |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high. 2. Grill corn, turning often, until marks appear, 10-15 minutes. 3. Combine butter, orange juices, chipotles and salt. 4. Pour over grilled corn. Garnish with scallions. |
