This is so tasty. Comes from the Southern Living Cooking School book. It says: This recipe includes a flavorful mayonnaise that is sure to become the most celebrated condiment of the summer. And they're right. If you're a CILANTRO lover then this is definitley for you! Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
8 ears fresh corn |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning often. 3. Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture. |
