Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
8 ears fresh corn, shucked |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons butter mixture on each ear of corn, and wrap each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil. 2. Grill corn over high heat (400° to 500°) 20 minutes, turning frequently. |
