Crushed red pepper awakens the taste buds in Spicy Green Beans. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 1/2 pounds haricots verts or green beans |
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add haricots verts. Cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. |
