This may be used in companionship with my Rosemary and Parmesan Shortbread ...soo yummy! Ingredients:
4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature |
2 -3 tablespoons half-and-half |
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme (crushed) |
1/4 cup finely chopped peppadew pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend together goat cheese and half and half. 2. Add thyme and minced peppers and stir well. 3. Makes approximately 1 cup. |
