I just had a craving for some ginger cookies, so I made them from what I had in hand. Ingredients:
1 cup white flour |
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut |
1 1/2 cups oatmeal |
1 tablespoon molasses |
60 g butter |
2 tablespoons ground ginger |
2 tablespoons fresh ginger |
3 tablespoons water |
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together 2. bake it for 15 mins in 425 deggries. |
