I just had a craving for some ginger cookies, so I made them from what I had in hand.
Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 tablespoon molasses
60 g butter
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together
2. bake it for 15 mins in 425 deggries.
