Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 level bar spoons sugar
2 -ounces shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first)
1/2 -ounces raspberry flavored rum (recommended: bacardi razz)
1 -ounce guava juice
1/2 -ounce lime juice
Directions:
1. In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices.
2. Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
