Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger |
2 level bar spoons sugar |
2 -ounces shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first) |
1/2 -ounces raspberry flavored rum (recommended: bacardi razz) |
1 -ounce guava juice |
1/2 -ounce lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices. 2.
