Ingredients:
4 teaspoon(s) canola oil |
5 clove(s) garlic minced |
2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground red pepper |
1 1/2 pound(s) red potatoes cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook until golden ( about 30 seconds), stirring constantly. Add cumin and red pepper. Add potatoes and salt; toss well. 3. Place potato mixture in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until tender. 4. Calories - 176 |
