Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1 pound sliced green beans |
2 tablespoons asian sesame oil |
2 clove garlic, minced |
red pepper flakes, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, bring water and green beans to a simmer. Cook, uncovered until water evaporates. Drizzle in sesame oil and stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot or cold |
