had an appetizer like this at a restuarant, my husband loved it so much he needed me to try and make it . Ingredients:
1 lbs. shrimp. ( i use frozen, devined and peeled) |
1/2 c. mayo |
1/4 c. thai sweet chili sauce |
1 t. sriacha hot suace. less or more to taste |
corn startch |
oil for frying |
large mixing bowl |
large tupperware bowl |
Directions:
1. heat oil 2. coat shrimp lightly in corn startch 3. fry shrimp. 4. mix together mayo , chili sauce and hot sauce in mixing bowl 5. (you can add less or more mayo or any of the sauces, im not a mayo fan so i use more chili sauce.) 6. make sure to drain shrimp. 7. add to large tupperware bowl and then add you sauce mixture, 8. close lid tightly to tupperware 9. shake until all shrimp are covered in sauce... 10. enjoy. 11. oh. my husband likes to eat it over some corn, or lettuce... but that is just him so you can try it if you like.. or not. |
