2 eggs |
2 slices bread (preferably whole wheat/grain) |
mayo, ranch, or other creamy dressing |
salsa |
cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
optional: mrs. dash no salt spice |
Directions:
1. Toast Bread 2. Spread Salsa on One Slice 3. Spread Dressing on Other Side 4. Fry Eggs with Spices 5. Fold Cheese into Fried Egg 6. Put Egg Between Bread |
