Excellent crepes for parties and desserts with a hint of spiciness from cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Great for the holiday! Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 1/3 cups milk |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons cooking oil |
1 tablespoon light molasses |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, molasses, and spices in bowl. 2. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. 3. Heat a lightly greased skillet (6-inch) or crepe pan. 4. Remove from heat and spoon in 2 tablespoons of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly. 5. Return to heat and brown on one side. 6. Invert pan over paper towels or napkins and remove crepe. 7. Repeat until all the batter is used. |
