SPICY CUCUMBER SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Marcus Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
1 cup seasoned rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely grated peeled fresh ginger |
4 pounds seedless cucumbers halved crosswise |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate several hours. |
