Spicy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce (or more to preference)
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 green onion, chopped
1 english cucumber, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Toast seeds: In a non stick skillet, add the seeds. Toast until golden then remove to a glass dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, hot sauce, garlic, vinegar and green onion; mix well.
3. Add the cucumber and toss with the mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with the seeds just before serving.
