Crispified with olive oil and spiced with cayenne pepper. Ingredients:
4 ounces whole wheat spaghetti |
1 (12 ounce) package tuna |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil spaghetti until fully cooked, drain, put back into same pan. 2. Add olive oil and tuna and place pan on medium heat. 3. Heat, while stirring frequently, until spaghetti has brown crispy edges. 4. Remove from heat and add spices. 5. Serve and eat. |
