Spicy Crisp Peanuts

this can be served with cocktails good on a very cold winter day
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chickpea flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
3/4 teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 cups peanuts
water, for mixing
oil, for deep frying
Directions:
1. Sift the first 4 ingredients in to a bowl.
2. place peanuts on seperate plate.
3. sprinkle them with water making sure every nut is wet.
4. heat oil in a deep pan.
5. now roll the wet peanut in the sifted ingredients.
6. take handfull& put in the hot oil so that the peanuts fall one by one.
7. deep fry till golden brown& crisp.
8. drain.
9. cool, then serve.
10. can be stored in airtight containers& used later.
