This will shake up your leftover Turkey Sandwich! Ingredients:
3 cups cranberries, fresh |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped |
2 serrano peppers, sliced |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 cup mild honey |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon lime zest |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Pulse until ingredients are coarsely chopped. 3. Cover and chill overnight. |
