A quick and easy crock pot recipe. Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or a mix of thigh's and breasts trimmed of fat) |
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Brown the chicken breast lightly in a skillet coated with cooking spray and place it in the crock pot. 2. Sprinkle the thighs with the onions. 3. Mix all of the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover the crackpot and cook on low for seven to nine hours. |
