a delicious alternative for breakfast and quite filling! Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread, sliced thin |
3 tablespoons light cottage cheese (i use weight watchers) |
1 tablespoon sambal oelek |
1/2 teaspoon splenda granular (optional) |
1/2 small tomato |
Directions:
1. Mix cottage cheese with sambal oelek and splenda. Splenda will make this a little sweet if it's too plain for you. 2. Slice tomato and place on bread. 3. Top with cottage cheese mixture. 4. Toast until brown. |
