I tried this corn for the first time at a family dinner. The corn was roasted on the grill but I have made it with boiled corn and it still tasted great! I make this dish a lot and everyone who tries it loves it. This dish is super easy but tastes wonderful. Ingredients:
6 ears corn on the cob |
butter |
mayonnaise (real) |
cayenne pepper |
lemon pepper |
Directions:
1. Grill or boil corn until tender. 2. Drain corn, place on plate and cover with melted butter. 3. Next coat ear of corn with a light layer of mayo. 4. Then cover ear with cayenne pepper and lemon pepper. I like the seasonings a little heavy but you can go as light as you like. 5. Enjoy! |
