Simple. Easy. Spicy and smoky without being overpowering. Great with your favorite grill specialty. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen corn |
1 poblano pepper |
cajun seasoning |
butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Grill poblano or roast on gas burner. Peel off skin; remove seeds and dice. 2. Microwave corn until hot following package directions. drain. 3. Add up to 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine. 4. Mix poblanos in and serve! |
