Ingredients:
1 medium head cabbage, chopped
2 small carrots, grated
1/2 small onion, sliced thin
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t oregano
1 t olive oil
1 t salt
1 t brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c water
Directions:
1. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and place in a large bowl.
2. Add carrots, onion, red pepper, oregano, olive oil. salt brown sugar, vinegar and water.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
