Spicy Clams And Tofu Noodles |

Take a trip to Italy, without ditching your diet. Ingredients:
2 cloves crushed garlic |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/2 cup ragu mushroom spaghetti sauce |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1/2 tsp oregano |
salt (some) and crushed red pepper flakes to taste (lots!) |
1 can whole baby clams, undrained |
8 oz tofu shirataki spaghetti noodles, drained and rinsed well. |
Directions:
1. In a small amount of water in a medium saucepan, saute garlic just until fragrant. 2. Add wine, sauce and seasonings, stir well and bring to a simmer. 3. Pour in the clams and their juices, then the noodles. 4. Cook 1-2 minutes more, and serve. |
