For me, chicken is something that I always have on hand. Recipes for different ways to cook it, however, are not. I thought this sounded interesting and turned out delicious! Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 medium onion, chopped |
6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed |
1/4 cup ketchup |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2-3 lbs chicken |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a zip top bag and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. 2. Heat grill and cook meat; brush with marinate while cooking. 3. Bring marinade to a boil. Thicken slightly and serve with the meat. |
