I had this salad dressing many times during my stay at Duke Diet Fitness Center in Durham NC. It's low in calories and tasty. Serving Size = 2 T. Calories 10 Fat 0 Carbohydrates 2 g Protein 0 g Sodium 105 mg Ingredients:
1 cup dijon mustard |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup honey |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 cup water |
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Serve over your favorite salad. |
