I had this salad dressing many times during my stay at Duke Diet Fitness Center in Durham NC. It's low in calories and tasty. Serving Size = 2 T. Calories 10 Fat 0 Carbohydrates 2 g Protein 0 g Sodium 105 mg
Ingredients:
1 cup dijon mustard
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Serve over your favorite salad.
