Spicy & Chunky Guacamole

Fresh yet spicy! Great for Parties!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups frozen peas
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
1 -2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a bowl. Add peas: Simmer frozen peas for 1 minute. Drain, and rinse with cold water. Drain again and cool.
2. Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl and mash avocados with a fork.
3. Add peas, Chopped onions, Chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapenos.
4. Season to taste with salt.
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
