Spicy Chocolate Cheesecake |

A combination of sweet and spice that can be used before or after a meal, with cocktails or coffee. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
2 large eggs |
1 tea. lime juice |
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled |
2 tea. cinnamon |
1/4 tea. cloves |
1/4 tea. nutmeg |
1/4 tea. allspice |
1/2 tea. chili powder |
1/2 cup cracker crumbs, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^. 2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray. 3. Swirl crumbs around pan to coat evenly. 4. Set in fridge. 5. Blend cream cheese until smooth. 6. Add eggs and lemon juice. 7. Fold in melted chocolate. 8. Add spices and mix thoroughly. 9. Pour into prepared pan. 10. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes. 11. Let cool and serve at room temp. |
