I first discovered this recipe in RR,s magazine a few years ago, and now it's the only way I fix popcorn. Yummy and addictive! Ingredients:
1/3 cup popcorn kernels, popped |
1 1/2 t chili powder |
1 t smoked paprika |
1/2 t cumin |
1/2 t sea salt |
1/4 t ground red pepper |
2 t extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all the spices together 2. After the popcorn has popped, put into a LARGE bowl or big paper bag 3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the spice mix over the popcorn 4. Shake well if in a bag, or mix it up good if in a bowl 5. I use a large rubbermaid round plastic container with a lid. This makes shaking and mixing much easier |
