2 cups chopped onions |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon chili flakes |
1 lb ground turkey |
28 ounces stewed tomatoes |
30 ounces black beans |
2 tablespoons hot sauce |
2 cups chicken broth |
2 cups frozen spinach |
2 tablespoons flour |
lemon pepper |
chives |
garlic salt |
black pepper |
chili powder |
Directions:
1. Sauté the onions, olive oil and chili flakes. 2. Add turkey; brown. 3. Add tomatoes, black beans, broth and hot sauce. 4. Bring to boil. 5. Sift in flour. 6. Add frozen spinach, cook until tender. 7. Season to taste. |
