Wonderful spicy chili. I made up this recipe one day for a chili competition. Prior to making this up I always just made normal chili but wanted mine to stick out in the crowd for the competition. It turned out great and I placed 1st!! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (14 -16 ounce) can chili beans |
1 (14 -16 ounce) can dark red kidney beans |
1 (14 -16 ounce) can light kidney beans |
1 medium sized onion |
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice |
2 ounces diced green chilies |
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 ounces cholula hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown Ground Beef with Chopped Onion. 2. Combine large can of Tomato Juice, Chili Beans (undrained), Dark Kidney Beans (drained), Light Kidney Beans (drained) in large pot. 3. Add Ground Beef and Onion. 4. Add 2 oz Green Chiles. 5. Add Crushed Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt and Cholula Hot Sauce. 6. Cook and Enjoy! |
