Spicy Chicken Tomato Soup |

Wonderful served with a loaf of warm Italian bread! (If you have the time, you can slice your own carrots, etc. This is just very a very quick prep time.) Ingredients:
2 14.5 oz cans chicken broth |
3 10 oz cans chicken |
2 c frozen corn |
1 can sliced carrots |
1 can italian green beans |
2 cans rotels |
2 cans zucchini w/italian sauce |
2 cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic, & oregano |
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix |
1 t minced garlic |
1 pkg good season zesty italian salad dressin mix |
Directions:
1. Do not drain veggies! 2. Dump all in a 6 quart crockpot. 3. Stir gently to mix ingredients. 4. Cook at least 6 hours. 5. Serve with corn bread. 6. Enjoy! 7. (DelMonte is the only brand I've been able to find that has the zucchini w/Italian sauce and the seasoned diced tomatoes) 8. I get this ready the night before, take it out of the fridge, and plug in the crockpot before I go to work. When I get home, supper's waiting!) |
