Great marinated chicken for the BBQ. We cooked it on the grill inside, but probably recommend it for an outside BBQ - beautiful aroma and taste! Donna Hay Magazines have a lot to answer for. Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thigh |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 teaspoons flaked sea salt |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and toos to combine. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thread chicken onto pre-soaked wooden skewers and char grill over high heat until cooked through, turning once. 2. Serve with whatever you feel like! |
