Spicy Chicken Salad

The unusual combination of spices and style of serving make this great for brunch.
Ingredients:
2.5 lb diced chicken
1 bermuda onion diced
3 ribs of celery diced
1.5 cup mayonaise
.5 tsp cumin
.5 tsp curry
.5 tsp white pepper
.5 tsp garlic
12 biscuits
Directions:
1. Place biscuit dough into hot oven and bake per instructions.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and onion. In a smaller bowl combine mayonaise and spices. Mix together until well incorporated. Pour over chicken and gently toss.
3. Remove finished biscuits from oven. Split in half, then return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Place 2 biscuit halves on a plate top with chicken salad. Serve with your favorite fruit or veg.
