Tasty once a month pizza. Use up your leftover chicken. To reheat, bake the pizza at 400 degrees for 10 to 25 minutes Ingredients:
1 (12 inch) round prepared pizza crust |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3 tablespoons tomato paste |
1/4 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes |
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. prebake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. 2. combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes and spread on crust. 3. add chicken, onions and peppers to pizza. 4. drop spoonfuls of ricotta on top of pizza and sprinkle with all cheese. 5. flash freeze on a baking sheet, then wrap. |
