Spicy Chicken in Crock Pot

Similar to the Chinese restaurant but a lot easier to make, chicken is not breaded but still tastes good to me.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup tamari soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
8 dried red peppers
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup carrot, sliced
2 cups cooked rice, steamed
Directions:
1. In crock pot add tamari, garlic, ginger, hoisin, honey and rice vinegar mixing well.
2. Add chicken and red peppers stirring well.
3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Add broccoli and carrots and cook for 1 hour longer.
5. Serve over steamed rice.
6. Enjoy.
