20 oz canned white chicken (or 2 cups chopped chicken) |
3/4 pound velveeta cheese |
4 oz pepper jack cheese |
8 oz cream cheese |
8 oz sour cream |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup chopped green, red, yellow peppers |
1 tsp garlic |
Directions:
1. Melt together over medium heat until smooth. Keeps well in a crock pot, makes enough for a crowd. |
