Spicy, slightly crisp, wafers that are extra cheesy! Great with a good soup or just for snacking. Best served warm. Ingredients:
16 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup butter |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons red peppers |
2 cups rice krispies |
Directions:
1. Set butter out to soften completely. 2. Grate cheese into a large bowl. 3. Mix together cheese, butter, flour, and red pepper. (easiest to just use your hands mixing until it forms into course crumbs.). 4. Mix in rice krispies. 5. Shape dough into 1 balls and chill in fridge overnight. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F. 7. Flatten cheese balls on ungreased baking sheet with fork. 8. Bake 13 minutes. 9. Serve warm. |
