This is from Qu'est-ce qu'on mange Volume 3. It can be served in a fondue pot and dip bread cubes and asparagus tips. Ingredients:
1 kg velveeta cheese, diced |
1 tomato, diced |
1 onion, diced |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Mix cheese, tomato and onion in a bowl (microwave safe). 2. Add salsa. 3. Cook 8 to 12 minutes, at high heat, stirring 2 or 3 times. 4. Serve while it's very hot with tostitos. |
