This dip is delicious and quick to make. I don't make it often, because I end up eating it all! Ingredients:
2 lbs velveeta cheese |
2 small onions, chopped |
1 lb bacon |
2 tablespoons sweet red peppers, diced |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon, reserve grease and saute onions. 2. While frying bacon, melt cheese. 3. When cheese is melted, add peppers, tomato sauce, and green chili. 4. Crumble bacon, and add with onions to cheese mixture. |
