In addition to a tasty snack, you can also top a salad with this mixture for a spicy, crunchy kick. Introduced to me by Pepperidge Farm. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
6 5/8 ounces goldfish crackers |
Directions:
1. Stir the butter, brown sugar, rosemary, oil, honey, curry and red pepper in a medium bowl. 2. Add the crackers and toss to coat. 3. Place the crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet. 4. Bake at 400F, for about 5 minutes or until the crackers are golden. 5. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. |
