A different way to cook cauliflower that has a delicious taste.It is easy and goes with any kind of meat. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted |
4 cloves garlic, minced or mashed |
2 eggs, beaten |
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled(or 1/2 lb. sausage,cooked and crumbled) |
1/2 yellow onion,chopped |
2 cups cauliflower,chopped |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Heat butter in a skillet. add onions and garlic, cook until onions turn golden. 3. Add cauliflower and continue to cook 1 minute more. 4. Remove to bowl. 5. Add eggs, parmesan cheese and bacon. 6. Spoon into a buttered baking dish. 7. Bake for 1 hour, or until brown. |
