Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
2 (8-ounce) catfish fillets |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; sprinkle over catfish. 2. Cook catfish in a hot, lightly greased 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. |
