Gone in an instant. Big hit at family gatherings. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 (7 ounce) jars roasted cashews |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
Directions:
1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add cashews, and cook 3-5 minutes or until browned. 2. Remove cashews, and drain on paper towels; place in a bowl. 3. Combine salt, cayenne, and chili powder in a small bowl. 4. Sprinkle over warm cashews, tossing to coat. |
