this is nice and spicy Ingredients:

1/4 cup of butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic |
kabobs |
1 pound fresh raw shrimp,cleaned shelled, deveined |
8 green onions |
2 lemons each cut into 6 slices, then cut in half |
12 ( 6-inch ) wooden skewers soaked for 20 min. |
Directions:
1. prepare grill , heat for 10 min. 2. meanwhile in 1 - quart saucepan combine all sauce ingredients. 3. cook over medium heat, 4. stirring occasionally,until butter is melted ( 4 to 5 min ). 5. on each wooden skewer place 1 shrimp ,1 green onion piece, 1 lemon and on and on. 6. place kabobs on grill GRILL, brushing with sauce, 7. and turning frequently until shrimp turn pink 6 to 8 min. |
