A Pillsbury bakeoff recipe. I haven't tried it yet Ingredients:
6 ounces butterscotch chips |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon instant coffee |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1 egg |
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, melt 2/3 cup butterscotch chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add everything else except peanuts. Blend well. 2. Spread in a well-greased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup butterscotch chips and peanuts. 3. Bake at 300 for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars. |
