easy delectable dish Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef (sliced thinly across grains) |
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (preferably kikkoman) |
3 teaspoons light soy sauce |
6 garlic cloves (minced) |
2 scallions (1cm cut at white, thinner at green) |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil |
7 teaspoons black pepper (preferably more or less) |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. place thinly sliced beef into a container. 2. add all ingredients in order above. 3. massage the meat, let marinade for 5-10 minutes, if you want to marinade overnight or for longer than an hour, use less teriyaki and soy sauce. 4. heat stove, until sizzling hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil. 5. cook marinated beef, do not cover pot. you may add a teeny bit of sherry or rice wine when meat is half raw if you want. |
