Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat chicken broth |
1 1/2 lb broccoli rabe, hollow stems trimmed |
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips |
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes |
3 garlic cloves, smashed |
Directions:
