I found this in a food blog. Ingredients:
1 lb broccoli |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 lb pasta, cooked |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli in boiling water, 3-5 minutes until just tender. 2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. 3. Add garlic. 4. Cook over medium heat until just golden, about 2 minutes. 5. Add drained broccoli and red pepper flakes, and cook 5 minutes. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste. 7. Add broccoli mixture to cooked pasta. 8. Toss and serve. |
