Ingredients:
1 15 ounce(s) black beans |
1 7 ounce(s) can chipolte chiles in adobo sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) cilantro |
1 tablespoon(s) fat-free sour cream |
1/4 cup(s) fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth |
2 teaspoon(s) fresh lime juice |
Directions:
1. Remove 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from 1 (7-ounce) can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce 2. Combine 1 teaspoon adobo sauce; 1/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth; 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lime juice; and 1 (15-ounce) can rinsed and drained black beans in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Mash bean mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro. 3. Garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon of fat-free sour cream. |
