2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 (14 ounce) can black beans |
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, onion, and garlic. Sweat the onions for about 2 minutes. 2. Add the cumin and beans. Stir and add the red pepper flakes. 3. Simmer for about 5 minutes. |
