Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 (14 ounce) can black beans
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the oil, onion, and garlic. Sweat the onions for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the cumin and beans. Stir and add the red pepper flakes.
3. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
